Cairns Mining Australia Ltd (CMA) is a mineral exploration company, headquartered in the port city of Cairns. Its projects are located in the state of Queensland in north eastern Australia. Australia has a rich history of significant gold discoveries, is a politically stable environment, has local mining expertise, a well developed mining law and many world-class deposits in major commodities. The Company’s efforts have been focused on bonanza gold and copper gold exploration, principally on epithermal and porphyry hosted styles of mineralization.

The company’s assets include the 100% owned Crystal Haven and Kangaroo Hills projects. Exploration work carried out to date at the Crystal Haven Project includes rock chip, percussion and core drilling which has been highly encouraging resulting in strong gold, silver and copper values. 10m at 31g/t Au in rock chip samples and 52m at 0.7g/t Au, 5g/t Ag and 0.62% Cu from assayed drill core are some of the encouraging results. Exploration work carried out at Kangaroo Hills, which includes channel sampling, percussion and core drilling has been encouraging due to the high grade gold values intersected including up to 1000g/t Au in rock chips and 7m at 10.6g/t Au in percussion drilling.
